First beer ever brewed at Ballast Point. Our Copper Ale is similar to our California Amber Ale, only with English crystal malts and the addition of Progress Hops. 5.5%abv

 

Sam Adams Coffee Stout Nitro

The dark roasted malts create notes of bittersweet chocolate with hints of dark fruit while the Sumatran & Indian Monsoon Malabar coffees develop a deep roasted dimension. 5.8%ABV

 

Brooklyn Brewing Lager

Brooklyn Lager is amber-gold in color and displays a firm malt center supported by a refreshing bitterness and floral hop aroma. 5.2%abv

PizzaBoy Brewing Stay Handsome*

Brewed for our great friend Donald of Pizzeria Vesuvio’s because, well, people love to tell him how handsome he is. We made it extra awesome by adding a bunch of dried hibiscus flowers for their pink hue and a touch of peach puree to bring out a tad more handsome, then we dry hopped it with loads of Huell Melon, Amarillo and Citra. 7.2%

 

Stone Old Guardian Ale

The huge maltiness of this beer is only tamed by an equally prodigious addition of hops, creating a rich, caramel-hued ale infused with assertive bitterness and bright hop notes. 8.9%abv

Grisette is a wheat based light farmhouse ale brewed similar to Saison, have a large portion of the grist be wheat, finish slightly tart, and be extremely refreshing. Al’s Imperial Grisette with Herbs and Spices clocks in at 10%abv
